Founder’s Story.
P.A.C.E. (Positive Actions Create Excellence) was born from a place of love, purpose, and legacy. I created this organization in remembrance of my father, Duane Steven Jones, and my mother, Almond Jean Cook two incredible individuals who instilled in me a deeply caring spirit and a passion for uplifting others. Their values continue to guide every step of this journey.
Alongside my son, Jace Danner (8), I am committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Together, we believe in the power of giving back and living by the principle: each one, teach one. This belief is at the heart of everything P.A.C.E. represents.
My purpose is to retain and implement the power of unity between communities bringing people together to support, inspire, and grow collectively. In a world that often feels divided, P.A.C.E. stands as a reminder that real change begins when we come together with intention and compassion.
Now is the time to unite. We are moving forward through positive actions that create excellence empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and building a legacy of impact for generations to come.
